(PatriotHeadline)- How many more times can Twitter claim that their censorship efforts are just “bugs”?
At least one more, it seems.
Last week, Twitter blamed a bug in its software for its users being unable to search for the anti-Trump “Republican” organization, The Lincoln Project. It was particularly notable given a disturbing story was emerging at the same time about John Waver, one of the co-founders of the organization.
Conservative commentator Ryan Girdusky published allegations about Weaver sexually harassing several young men and using his position in the anti-Trump organization as leverage to gain their attention. Soon after Girdusky broke the story he received permission from victims of Weaver’s sexual harassment to publish evidence of conversations in which Weaver made inappropriate remarks.
The member followed me on twitter briefly and a few young men started sending me screenshots and telling what happened to them. Grooming is really disgusting and he was especially sloppy.

But as this story was breaking, Twitter users couldn’t even search for the organization.
According to a Twitter spokesperson who spoke to the Daily Caller on Saturday, it was a “big that was fixed yesterday.”
Weaver’s scandal was big. He was formerly a chief adviser to the late Senator John McCain of Arizona, and formerly of Governor of Ohio John Kasich.
As pressure ramped up, he admitted to sexually harassing a number of young men…and he went down the Kevin Spacey route by proclaiming his homosexuality in the hope that it might let him escape some criticism.
“For too long I have tried to live a life that wasn’t completely true, where I cleaved off an important part of myself in order to maintain what I thought was happiness and normalcy in the other part,” he said.
“I was laying to myself, to my family who gave me nothing but unconditional love, and to others, causing a great deal of pain to all,” he added.
“The truth is that I’m gay,” he said. “And I have a wife and two kids who I love. My inability to reconcile those two truths has led to this agonizing place.”
Unfortunately for Weaver, the vast majority of other gay people…don’t use their power to sexually harass people!
Do you believe Twitter when they say it was just a “bug”?
