CBS Experiment PROVES Mail-In Voting Has A Fatal Flaw

( President Donald Trump has been sounding the alarm about how universal mail-in voting could result in drastically inaccurate election results. He has been met with much derision and mockery from Democrats – the same people who are expected to benefit from potential fraud.

Now, an experiment by CBS – a media outlet that is by no means friendly to the president – has proven the point that mail-in voting has a fatal flaw.

The CBS News experiment involved the sending of 100 mock ballots out to homes across the Philadelphia region. CBS News This Morning co-host Tony Dokoupil conducted the experiment, making sure to use the same size of envelope, send the letters with the same class of mail, and make sure the fake ballots are sent in exactly the same way as they would be as if they were official.

After setting up a PO Box, 100 mock ballots were sent out. After one week, some 97% of the ballots were returned. CBS noted that their results could pose a huge problem for a national election.

“Three simulated persons, or 3% of voters, were effectively disenfranchised by mail by giving their ballots a week to arrive,” the news channel explained. “In a close election, 3% could be pivotal.”

Just four days after mailing out the second round of mock ballots, 21% of the mock votes didn’t materialize. As it stands, around half of all states allow voters to receive their ballots less than half a week before the election, meaning many votes may simply not be cast in time.

RNC research shared the video report of the experiment, explaining how it ended in “disaster.”

Dokoupil inquired with postal workers about the missing votes – which were in fact sent – but was not given an answer. When asking if postal workers could check to see if they had simply missed them, a worker told him “I don’t see anything back there for you.”

Not only could voters send their votes late, therefore, it is also possible that postal workers will misplace or lose votes in the process. If as many as 3% of ballots go missing, can you imagine what would happen in a close election?

November is not expected to be a landslide for either side, meaning President Trump might well have a point about delaying the election until people can vote safely. How can anybody trust mail-in voting at this point?
